FAQ

1. Can your company provide samples?

Yes, you are welcome to require free samples for testing, for custom-made products, there could be tooling costs(mold fee), both tooling fee and freight fee will be paid by you, but the tooling fee will return on formal bulk orders.

2. What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Sponge/Foam are light but bulky products, in consideration of the labor and shipping costs, to make your deal cost effect, for domestic orders, we require MOQ which load volume is equal to 4 cube meters(CBM), for oversea orders, we normally require MOQ which load volume equal to 10 cube meters(CBM). But we also take trial order or sample order with small quantity, it depends on the requirement of the product and the inventory of our foam material.

3. How to estimate the shipping costs for my small quantity order?

Sponge/Foam are light but bulky products, for small quantity orders which deliver by international express such as DHL/UPS/Fed EX/TNT and etc, the courier companies will charge it by volumetric weight but not actual weight, the calculation formula is: length*width*height(cm)/5000, for more information, you can refer to this page: http://www.dhl.com/en/tools/volumetric_weight_express.html

4. Can your company offer OEM manufacture or PRIVATE LABEL service?

We can offer OEM/ODM manufacture service, and we can manufacture according to your samples or drawings or photos with details; We also provide PRIVATE LABEL service.

5. How long the production time will be?

That depend on the products and quantity of the order(s). Normally our production lead time will be 15~35 days.

6. How about your packing manner?

Generally,our packing manner is a poly bag for each of item,and 50~200 items per carton(according to the size).Of course,the packing manner can be done to your requirement.

7. How about your payment terms?

Normally,our payment term is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance after inspection but before shipment, for sample orders, which value less than USD$1,000, we require full payment in advance after the sample was confirmed.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

For bulk orders, we accept bank telegraphic transfer(wire transfer), Western Union; for sample orders and tooling/freight fee, which value less than USD$1,000, we will use PAYPAL, PAYONEER and Western Union to collect the payment.
Our sampling service, giving you the opportunity to properly evaluate products to check and confirm with the material, sepcifacation and quality whether they meet your needs before you place the formal order.

Sampling lead time will normally take 2~7 days. And you will receive the product samples around 7~14 days.(ship by DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT/EMS)

We form well considered opinions as a basis for recommending, improving and strengthening your products, before choosing the right format and manufacturing base.

Once our sales team has gathered all the information we then hand the project over to our sourcing team who will look carefully at the project needs and objectives to find the right location to manufacture the goods. At Master Sponge we understand the need for strict quality guidelines to be imprinted into our organizational structure. China has a distinct lack of professionalism when it comes to issues of quality. With our quality control office sustained by professionally trained staff, overseen directly by our senior management and located in the heart of the manufacturing district; we are able to demand the highest standard of quality from our suppliers.

Quality starts with organization; we have many factories wishing to work with us but are very selective when choosing them. We send our trained audit technician who will look round the factory to assess whether it can pass international ethical & social inspections. Once this is done we will look at the machinery and make sample products to ensure the quality and manufacturing process is to our standards. We then talk to the management to assess whether or not they are people who we can discuss and solve complex problems with.

Once this is complete we will begin to produce products by placing our own Quality Control representative to oversee all production. ×
